Vehicle Details
*This truck has a 6.0 (LQ4) and 4L80e swap! It will not pass CA smog because it has shorty headers, a cold air intake and aftermarket catalytic converters.*
There are no issues with this truck. No leaks and no check engine light. The heater works, and it has cold AC. I am selling this because I want to finish my OBS single cab project.
I purchased this 2000 Silverado in October of 2021 with 215,934 on the truck. The previous owner installed new wheels and tires and a 2003 Silverado front clip. As of now (05/25/2026), the truck has 228,687 which means I have put 12,631 miles on it since January 2022 (approximately 3,000 miles per year). I have a clean Texas title in-hand. I have all the parts and labor receipts (digital & physical), too.
.
The bad things about the truck are someone keyed the driver side, the cruise control doesn’t work, the paint is a 7 out of 10, and the emergency brake needs to be adjusted.
.
The truck was with my mechanic in Texas from October 2021 through December 2021 getting all the major mechanical issues addressed and adding performance/appearance goodies, too, and then again in March 2025 through July 2025 getting a 6.0 (LQ4) and 4L80E swap. I can provide receipts and pics.
.
