A few mild issues:
Crack in the windshield.
Accidentally power washed some of the paint off of the front fender.
Laid over at about 10 mph in the grass once back in 2014, minor cosmetic damage, everything was replaced that was damaged, still some marks on the paint on the left side of the bike.
Got a loose/ dirty electrical connection somewhere. Basically affects whether or not your signals work. They work 95% of the time and every once in a while they don't work. Never been a big enough issue for me to try to fix it, been like that for years.
Sold as a naked bike, I no longer have the front fairings, just easier to change oil etc without them on.
I still ride it occasionally, and will continue to do so. The mileage may continue to go up a bit. I'm open to offers. I have three bikes and my wife decided I only need one.
