Inspection times are by appointment only. Lot is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm for inspections/pickups. If you cannot inspect an item yourself, you may hire a service to inspect on your behalf. PAYMENT: If you are the winning bidder, please contact Almost FREE Trucks with the name and address for title transfer and your email address. We will email you an invoice or bill of sale with payment instructions.
Please contact Almost FREE Trucks by 4:00 pm Central Time same day the auction ends. Payment must be made by wire transfer - payment must be cleared before pickup of any auction item. Wire transfer is the only form of payment accepted! Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end. PICK UP: Items must be removed within 7 days from payment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any item not picked up within 7 days will be subject to storage fees of $25 per day. Removal times are by appointment only. Lot is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm for inspections/pickups. Buyer is responsible for all load out arrangements. Please click on

Terms and Conditions Successful bidder must contact Almost FREE Trucks by 4:00 pm Central Time same day as the end of the auction to verify title transfer information, payment and to discuss pickup. No item will be released until payment is made in full.
