Your satisfaction is our goal, and we stand behind all the products that we sell.

 

All Panel and Collision parts are warrantied for a period of Lifetime Warranty (Except Rust) from the purchase date, (view Terms and Conditions).

 

This warranty does not cover installation labour or any additional expenses that may result from a defective product.

 

Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation.

 

Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

 

Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.

 

The warranty does not cover failure due to improper repairs, installation, alteration, or modifications.

 

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

 

If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part and original shipping paid will be issued.

Lifetime Warranty (Except Rust). All Panel and Collision parts are warrantied for a period of? Lifetime Warranty (Except Rust) from the purchase date unless noted on the original invoice at the time of sale.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers the parts only and does not cover any labor.

In the event of a part failure, the part will be replaced with a similar like, kind, and quality part. If a part is not available a refund will be made in the amount of the original part price.

Warranty is Null and Void if:

1. The vehicle is used for off-road or racing use.

2. The part is installed in an application for which the vehicle manufacturer did not intend for the vehicle.

3. Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.

4. The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision, fire, theft, vandalism, or any form of disaster.

5. The part is sold as indicated on the front of the invoice.

6. The vehicle is not serviced at proper intervals, or fuel/oil/coolant is not used in accordance with the vehicle manufacturers specifications.

7. The engine oil and filter are not replaced and documented every 3000 miles with appropriate OEM recommended motor oil. (Must be documented).

8. The transmission fluid and filter are not replaced at time of installation with OEM recommended transmission fluid. (Must be documented).

9. Warranty is void if the heat tab(s) are removed or melted.

10. Warranty is void without original receipt. Terms and Conditions.

11. Approval for repairs or replacements must be approved by Yancey Auto Parts prior to any work being performed.

12. We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to replacement.

13. Labor is only included if expressly stated on the invoice.

14. Appropriate maintenance records are required. This warranty is not transferable.

15. Windshield and other glass breakage are not covered under this warranty.

16. This warranty does not cover associated shipping costs or similar damages.

17. This part may have accessories that are attached and must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by this warranty.

Engine warranties are limited to defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and bolts. All other parts that may be provided are Accessories and Extra Parts.

No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds.

Water pump, timing belts, thermostat, spark plugs, fluids and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation and at the vehicle manufacturers recommended service intervals

We are not responsible for injury or damages during, or as a result of the installation of our product.

Transmission: It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill differential, adjust shifter mechanisms, replace filters, seals, pan gaskets, and reset or replace computer codes when installing a transmission.

Engine: All claims associated to overheating and/or improper lubrication of the engine or its components are not covered by this warranty. ALL ENGINES ARE SOLD AS LONG BLOCKS. ANY ITEMS THAT ARE INCLUDED ARE CONSIDERED CONVENIENCE ITEMS AND ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

Gaskets, fluids, seals, filters or other materials are not warranted,

Oil leaks are not guaranteed,

Suspension: Wheel bearings, tie rod ends, ball joints, and bushings related to steering and suspension components are not covered by our warranty and should be inspected and replaced as needed by the installer.

General Limitations:

Important Notices: All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

The purchaser hereby understands that due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability of Yancey Auto Parts from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided.

If a part sold by Yancey Auto Parts is defective, liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the part, at Yancey Auto Parts option.

Returns Terms & Conditions

30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated.

The 30-day period starts when you take possession of the part.

No labor warranty is provided.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

To return an item you must contact us via eBay messaging within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Please, include a slip of paper in the box stating why the item was returned.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Yancey Auto Parts, 24067 Highway J, Perry, MO 63462 along with the RMA.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Yancey Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground.

No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box please.

Freight items are shipped through a variety of carriers. Please send us a message on eBay with you zip code for a freight quote.

The cheapest freight is to a commercial address with means of unloading the item, ex. Loading dock, fork lift, etc. Items can also be picked up at the nearest freight terminal of carrier for this price.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. Taxes will apply for local pick up.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.

Please allow 5-10 days for delivery.

Most areas in the US are within 5 days. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs for instructions.
