Most late model PCM/ECM's have to be initialized and programmed in your vehicle by a certified mechanic or dealership to function (verify before purchase). Buyer cannot deem the module as defective for not following the proper procedure, and it is the buyer's responsibility to anticipate this task and costs before purchasing. Most PCM's are NOT Plug and Play.
Any fees associated with programming is the responsibility of the buyer.
