RETURNS:
1. ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. To initiate a return, buyer must contact seller in a message through ebay messaging (contact seller) and obtain a valid RMA# (return merchandise authorization number).
3. Returns will be credited in the form of payment received.
4. Original and or Actual shipping charges are NOT refundable.
5. If you are still within the time-frame of 21 days from date of purchase, kindly EMAIL US and provide a reason for returning the item. If part “does not work” we will replace it with the same part. If part “does not work” and you want money back , part is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
6. Parts that require flashing and/or programming may NOT be returned unless accompanied by a mechanic/dealership receipt or ticket with the customer's VIN # and name and signature of mechanic performing programming which states a manufacturer unique CUQ computer unprogrammable code.
