TERMS: We require a $500
deposit within 48 hours of sale. Deposit can be paid via Venmo or with a
credit card over the phone. FULL payment is due within 5 business
days. Full payment can be made via wire transfer, or certified check.
Titles will be held until any check clears, then promptly sent out. Any
check that is accompanied by a letter of guarantee will be treated as
guaranteed funds, and title will be given to buyer immediately.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR ANY PAYMENT
We do NOT charge any fees outside of the sale price. No document fees, office fees, etc. You will pay any tax and registration fees to your county treasurer at time of title transfer. We will provide you with a clean title and purchase agreement, ready to transfer into your name.
