- Returned units must be in original condition. Electrical parts are tested prior to purchase and if returned, all units will be inspected for burned components, physical damage and water damage. Returns are subject to a non-refundable programming fee; $50 non-refundable programming fee is applied to all Gas fuel modules, and $100 non-refundable programming fee is applied to all Diesel fuel modules.
Are your products new?
Unless otherwise stated in specific listings, all of our control modules are fully remanufactured and repaired OEM products. Each ARES Technologies electronic control module is rigorously tested on the bench before processing.
I need fitment help! How do I know what I've ordered will work for my vehicle?
Our team is available to help confirm that the listed product is compatible with your vehicle's application. Message us your complete Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and our expert team will reach out to you with confirmation of compatibility of the control module in question.
What is your warranty policy?
All sold units are fully tested and covered by One Year Warranty which applies only to the original item purchased and limited to only one claim. After one claim, the warranty is exhausted. Sold units will be inspected for any damaged components upon return, voiding all warranties where components are proven to be damaged by the buyer application.
Do I need to ship you the original module from my vehicle?
For certain sales, the return of the original defective unit (the "Core") to ARES Technologies will serve as a condition for the activation of the Warranty. A return authorization number/return label is provided in the package with your purchased unit. Use the prepaid label to return the original module from your vehicle for the activation of your One Year Warranty.
