Installation Instructions

Step 1: Position Marking
Stick the provided EVA cut template on your target bumper/fender mounting position, trace the outline for accurate hole cutting.

Step 2: Cut Mount Opening
Trim the bumper according to the marked outline, smooth the edge to avoid scratching the light housing.

Step 3: Place Shockproof EVA Pad
Attach the shock-absorbing EVA gasket between the light pod and bumper to prevent vibration noise and paint damage.

Step 4: Flush Fix the LED Pod
Insert the slim flush light into the reserved hole and fasten with matched mounting screws to keep a seamless hidden flush look.

Step 5: Wiring & Functional Test
Connect wires to DC 9-30V vehicle power supply, turn on the light to test 10° spot long-range beam and 100° wide flood beam performance.
