Impotant Information:
- This is a test and repair service of the customers own unit.
- Before removing unit from the vehicle, check and record all fault codes. Supply these and any other diagnostic information when sending unit to PEC.
- Before removing pipes, clean all dust / grit off ABS module and pipes.
- When pipes have been removed, seal all holes in ABS hydraulic block to ensure no dirt ingress.
- ABS module must be left attached to hydraulic block and motor.
- Pack unit very well to avoid damage during transportation.

Unless otherwise stated, products listed and sold by PEC Australia come with a 12 month warranty. This warranty is given by PEC Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 64164787722) This warranty is applied only to products listed and sold by PEC Australia.
Warranty given by PEC Australia�cannot�be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a consumer, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement or repair for a major failure which has been confirmed by us. Partial refund agreed by consumer may be less than the purchase price is also deemed to have completed the claim.
Make the claim:
Preferably, you can contact us via eBay message or send us an email. When a claim is received, our customer service team will consider each claim on a case by case basis and if required, photo of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim. In the event where PEC Australia requires faulty products to be sent back to us, we will pay for the return postage fees. We are committed to a very high level of customer service and your full satisfaction so please contact prior to leaving any unnecessary feedback.
Warranty period commences on the date the payment is fully received by PEC Australia. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase incase you need to make a claim.
Parts sold are intended to be fitted by a professional only. PEC Australia will�not�provide a refund, replacement, exchange or resend under these conditions:
- Product was damaged by using it in a way it was not intended to be.
- Product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.
- You have had the defect made known to you before you purchased the product.

- Claimed product/s are found to be in good working order.
- Faulty products returned in exchange for a higher value product.
