Installation:
1. Centered the two halves of the pump
2. Put banding clamp on the two halves of the pump
3. Align the outer bolt holes and tighten the banding clamp
4. Torque the bolts in specific
5. Remove the banding clamp

Note: DO NOT tighten the bolts before getting the two halves of the pump centered to each other
