The Atkinson Electronics GSCM (Generator Start Control Module) is a field-programmable, microprocessor-based controller designed to automate the starting and stopping sequences of gas, propane, or diesel-powered generators and pumps. It acts as an interface between an inverter, charge controller, or manual switch and the generator's starter circuitry
- Flexible Start Triggers: Receives automatic or manual start commands from 12V DC outputs (like an OutBack FX inverter AUX output), dry-contact switches, voltage-controlled relays, or timers.
- Smart Starter Disconnect: Automatically breaks the starter motor connection once it measures a minimum frequency output (Hz) from the generator, preventing starter damage.
- Fault Monitoring & Protection: Shuts down the engine automatically if it detects low oil pressure, high temperature, over-speed, under-speed, or failure to start.
- Visual Diagnostics: Features on-board LEDs that flash specific diagnostic patterns to signal the exact cause of a system lockout or fault.
- Rugged Construction: The module is completely sealed, making it suitable for operation in harsh, outdoor, or unconditioned environments.
- Battery Maintenance Functions: Includes a programmable 30-day exercise cycle (with or without load) and an equalize charging function to preserve battery health

RETURNS POLICY
If you have any problems with your order, please take the time to email us before leaving a LOW STAR RATING or OPENING A CASE/CLAIM! We have a 14 day return policy. We refund all shipping cost on defective/ incorrect items.
1. Changed your mind and don't want the item anymore? No problem. You have 14 business days from receipt to inform us of the return request and 5 days to ship it back to us. 15% Restocking fee applies.
2. Defective/Dead items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.
3. Non-defective items must be never used or unopened for a refund.
4. Order/bid cancellation: We can cancel your order only if you contact us within 1 hour after your purchase/bid.
5. Refunds for returns of non-defective items with FREE SHIPPING will be LESS because of seller's shipping expense. You will be responsible for shipping the unit back and the shipping that was PAID to ship the unit to you.
