Basic Binding Router Guide
The Basic Binding Router Guide is the most economical
alternative for cutting binding trenches with a router.
This jig is a great option for cutting binding
trenches, especially in archtop instruments and instruments with tight curves.
It fits onto a standard Dremel or Black & Decker
rotary tool.
The depth of cut is set with the chuck of the Dremel,
the width of cut is adjustable using a thumbscrew adjustment. The guide pin
runs along the side of the instrument, controlling the width of the cut.
