Within the US, all items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Advantage. Shipping cost is either flat rate or based on the actual weight and size of the package (whichever method is most cost effective for the buyer). All calculated rates are determined by eBay through their shipping calculator. We do not add extra weight or handling fees to any of our orders and our actual shipping cost is always within a few cents (plus or minus) of what we charge the buyer. The shipment tracking number is always forwarded to the buyer.
Based on repeated problems, WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
REFUNDS:
Our goal is the complete satisfaction of our buyers. If a buyer feels that we have not accurately described a product, the product does not work as described, or has damage that was not disclosed in our description, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund of the item cost. This does not include any shipping damage that may occur. It is the buyer's responsibility to report shipping damage to us in a timely manner. We will file a claim with the USPS and, once approved by them, will provide a full refund to the buyer.
