Return & Cancellation Policy
• All listed items are also available at our retail store and multiple online platforms in Japan. In the event that an item is out of stock or sold, we will issue a cancellation along with a full refund.

• For damaged items or discrepancies with the item description, please reach out to us directly within 10 days of receiving the item, providing pictures of the damaged area or issues.
• Unless the item is damaged or does not match its description, buyers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
