We may dispatch an independent ASE-certified inspector anywhere within the United States to verify:

Buyer MUST provide:
- repair invoices
- diagnostic paperwork

Unauthorized disassembly, teardown, modification, or disposal of the part prior to inspection may VOID warranty coverage.
RETURNS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days ONLY IF:
- part has not been installed
- part remains in original condition

For items shipped via LTL Freight:
Buyer/Consignee must provide a VALID COMMERCIALLY ZONED delivery address equipped with either a loading dock or forklift capable of unloading the shipment from the carrier’s truck at the time of delivery. A commercially zoned address alone is NOT sufficient.
If the delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift available, lift-gate service is REQUIRED and must be purchased separately prior to shipment. Failure to disclose the lack of proper unloading equipment prior to shipment may result in additional carrier charges, delivery delays, storage fees, re-delivery fees, refused shipment fees, return freight charges, or other accessorial charges imposed by the carrier, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery location is properly equipped to safely accept and unload freight shipments. Seller shall not be responsible for failed delivery attempts, carrier refusals, or any carrier-imposed charges resulting from insufficient unloading capabilities or inaccurate delivery information provided by the buyer.
As an alternative to direct delivery, any LTL freight shipment may be held for customer pickup at the nearest TForce Freight Service Center at NO additional charge. Aaron Auto Supply Corp. exclusively uses TForce Freight for all LTL shipments and can arrange delivery to any TForce Freight Service Center nationwide. This option is commonly used by customers who do not have access to a commercially zoned address equipped with a loading dock or forklift, or who wish to avoid additional residential and/or lift-gate service charges. Customer is solely responsible for timely pickup from the designated TForce Freight Service Center once notified that the shipment is available for pickup.
Smaller items ship via UPS or USPS with tracking information provided upon shipment. Please allow 1–5 business days for delivery.
