DP Brakes Standard Sintered Metal Brake Pads (DP917)
PRODUCT DETAILS
DP Brakes OEM replacement spec sintered metal brake pads are made of a complex mix of metallic powders (to absorb heat), refractory material (to provide friction), friction modifiers (to alter feel), graphites (to minimise rotor wear and eliminate noise), mixed together, pressed to form the shape (using a hydraulic press accurate to 0.002in), then sintered at high temperature and pressure in a vacuum furnace. This state-of-the-art manufacturing process gives friction material properties that are unachievable using lesser sintering processes.
The DP Standard brake pads are ideal for everyday street, off-road and ATV use and provide excellent all-round braking hot or cold, wet or dry. Where applicable a high-tech ceramic heat shield is applied to the rear of each backplate to reduce the heat transfer into the fluid and prevent brake fade. Lasting up to 3 times the mileage of most other brands they have one of the lowest wear rates on the market. Very low levels of brake dust and no noise and no thermal cycle bedding-in required are also benefits of the DP Standard.

RETURNS
Be sure to open your order immediately upon receipt to check for accuracy. Items may be returned in brand new condition with all original packaging according to the guidelines described on the SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS tab above. All tags must be attached, retail packaging must be sealed and in brand new condition, and item must not have been worn, used or installed. Returns must be packaged in an appropriate shipping box or poly bag in order to prevent damage to the item and the retail packaging.
