Deta Gridswitch Range
The Deta Gridswitch Range offers multi-switching, control and monitoring, enabling cost-effective switching management to satisfy the most demanding projects whilst maintaining flexibility and choice in the products being specified.
Front plates are made in a choice of ten finishes to match Deta Slimline, Deta Flat plate, Deta Decorative, Deta Screwless and Deta Metalclad ranges.
Front plates are available in 1 module to 24 module and are available in Deta Slimline, Deta Vimark and Deta Metalclad styles, Deta offer versatility in any commercial, industrial and domestic application.
Elegant curved rocker switches, coupled with the smoothest switching action and the widest variety of other modules makes this range totally versatile in application.

Installation
All metal decorative face plates must be earthed in accordance with the latest edition of the IEE wiring regulations and should be installed by a qualified electrician.
These decorative wiring accessories should not be installed onto a newly plastered or freshly decorated walls until thoroughly dry (refer to the manufacturers data for determining drying times) as some wall finishes may contain alkali's and solvents.
To prevent tarnishing gaskets should always be fitted between the plate and the wall. It is strongly recommended that the products are only installed when the building works are completed, as exposure to brick, cement and plaster dust and the like may adversely affect the finish and operation of the products. Alternatively as protection a plastic bag should be retained on the product during the installation process, also note that masking tape should not be applied to the product.
Cleaning Advice
These decorative wiring accessories have been manufactured with the finest materials and some are treated with a fine coat of lacquer to give a hard durable finish.
The only cleaning treatment required is by wiping over the plate with a soft dry lint free cloth, however for more stubborn marks, a very lightly moistened cloth with a mild detergent such as washing up liquid can be used. Note: This liquid must be diluted before use.
Under no circumstances should any abrasive or solvent polishes, cleaning fluids, paint removers or similar treatments of this kind be applied to the product.
Product Features
Deta offers a wealth of features across the Deta Gridswitch range to ensure that installation is carried out with the minimum of effort.
All modules have clear terminal markings and are front loading so they simply clip in place, which means they can easily be upgraded or replaced without the need to remove the mounting grid frame.
For the larger front plates, Deta back boxes have been designed deeper for ample wiring room, for example the back box for a 24 gang plate is 60mm deep.

Returns MUST be:
• Unused and in the original condition. It must also be in the original box/packaging along with screws, all parts and instructions supplied. We cannot accept any other items as a substitute.
• Care must be taken with the packaging of returned goods. Please do not apply tape to the boxes the goods were supplied in.
• If damage is found on returned goods, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
We can only accept the original goods in their original condition. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement as a result of unnecessary handling on your part. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
We are not responsible for any loss of goods or damage during transit whilst being returned to us.
