We recommend you do not book your vehicle in for any repairs until you physically have parts to save on any disappointment caused by delays. Haz Motorsport will be under no liability for any costs, damages, or expenses caused by any delays.
Under no circumstances will Haz Motorsport be held liable for any fitting/labour charges incurred by the buyer. It is entirely the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and that the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic/technician.
No liability or returns are accepted where buyers attempt to modify or adjust components. A minimum handling fee of 20% may be charged for returns of special-order items.
We will not under any circumstances pay any VAT/Import Duties on returns. If we are requested to do so, your return will be rejected/abandoned.
