How It Works:
You send me your faulty unit, and I'll send you a fully serviced and tested replacement in return. It’s a quick and convenient way to replace your faulty computer for a fixed price. For peace of mind the new computer comes with a 1 year return to base warranty, so in the unlikely event that it fails you will be covered.

Common Issues That Occur With These Computers:
- Dead circuit board
- Power light comes on but no display and/or carousel movement
- Random record selections
- Non-functioning buttons/switches on the computer or jukebox
- Display errors of the LED numerals on the computer or jukebox
- Cancel button never operates and record never returned to carousel
- Error codes lock up the computer (contact me about this beforehand)
What to Expect:
Your replacement unit will be thoroughly serviced, with any out-of-tolerance components replaced, a new more reliable battery installed, and extensive testing performed.
Your replacement unit will also have the correct EPROM for your jukebox installed.
Shipping and Timing:
The longer dispatch time accounts for international purchasers getting their computers to me. However, once your computer arrives, I endeavour to send out a replacement within 2 days.
