All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. 

Eagle Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the continental 48 states.

Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must select 'Buy It Now' prior to local pick-up.  Parts can be picked up at 56636 wilbur rd., Three Rivers, MI  49093

Freight -  We use a Freight Rate Table.  Additional fees may be added based on your distance from our local shipping area.  This is ONLY to cover our increase cost from shipping longer distances without setting higher rates for customers closer to us.  Free commercial freight requires a commercial address with forkilft or dock.  I can ship to a freight terminal for the included price as well, contact me for details prior to checking out.  I can ship to a residential address but there will be additional charges that will need to be paid prior to shipping. 

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery unless your part is included in eBay's Guaranteed Delivery Program. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.

All parts we sell come with a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 90 day period starts when the part is purchased as eBay does not keep the orders longer than 90 day from that point.

We do not cover the cost of labor charges during the installation of your parts.

Refunds will only be issued once we have recieved the part.

Standard Warranty

We offer a standard 90 day warranty on all mechanical parts. This covers the part only, no labor charges to install the part. We are not responsible for any improper installation or misdiagnosis.

Engines and Transmissions

Warranty does NOT cover attached items or accessories. 

Warranty does NOT include rear main seal.

Eagle Auto Parts may require a diagnosis of a certified shop for any warranty parts.  Imporper installation of a part will void the warranty.

BEFORE INSTALLING TRANSMISSION, FLUSH ALL FLUID LINES. REPLACE FILTER, GASKET AND FRONT PUMP SEAL WITH A NEW ONE. MUST USE MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDED FLUID. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID WARRANTY!
