Operations:
We purchase all of our vehicles from insurance auctions and companies. That means the vehicle was in good operating condition prior to purchase. Once we purchase the vehicle and transport it to our facility, we complete a detailed assessment and perform an exhaustive set of tests to determine what will be placed in inventory and what won't make the cut. The vehicle is then skillfully dismantled and placed into our inventory. Before we package and ship your part from our warehouse we perform a multi-point inspection and final cleaning. Why ? Because we value the opportunity to do business with you and want your part to arrive in good condition and ready for installation.
Testing:
We thoroughly test every vehicle that comes into our facility. Testing includes starting and running the vehicle to normal operating temperature, we then check engine running condition, temperature, fluid conditions, transmission, AC,ECM function, charging, and audio systems. Our comprehensive testing insures a better experience for our customers and enables us to stand behind every part we sell.

Countryside Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states . Depending on the weight and size of the part purchased, shipment is either handled by UPS ground, FEDEX, or LTL freight carrier. No Freight available for international shipments.

Freight Shipments ( Items 100 LBS and over ) If the item you purchased exceeds 100lbs or UPS limits, Countryside will ship the item through a freight carrier. We provide 2 types of shipping options - Standard and Economy. Economy shipping prices are for delivery to a commercial location or terminal pickup, if you need residential delivery a surcharge is required unless otherwise noted in the items ad. The surcharge is our direct cost from our freight carrier and we pass the savings on to you.

Accessory parts fall outside of replacement warranty coverage All PRE-INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE must be completed in order for part warranty coverage. PRE-INSTALLATION Requirements will be attached to the engine
Wheels: 100% Guaranteed to be straight and able to be balanced
Exterior Parts: 100% Guaranteed to be in operating condition and pass state inspection. All exterior parts are guaranteed to operate as specified by the OEM, and able to be installed using OEM specified mounting accessories, brackets, and, wiring harnesses. Paint Colors may vary for a number of reasons, including how the original owner maintained the vehicle. Exact Match to your vehicle is NOT guaranteed.
Mechanical: 100% Guaranteed to be in operating condition and function as specified by the OEM. All parts must be installed as specified by the OEM for warranty coverage to be valid.
Transmissions: 100% Guaranteed to be in operating condition and function as specified by the OEM. All PRE-INSTALLATION MAINTENANCE must be completed in order for part warranty coverage. PRE-INSTALLATION Requirements will be attached to the transmission
