This All-in-One is new and unopened. The manufacturer's warranty is EXPIRED! Note that the manufacturer's description may seem to imply (hopefully inadvertently) that this (WF-4833) model can accommodate 8=12x14 (legal)  paper. The largest paper that BOTH trays can accommodate is 8=1/2x11(letter.) Scanning/faxing from the top feeder does accommodate paper that is longer than 8=1/2x11, but both the copying and printing functions depend on paper in the feeder trays! Also note that when comparing prices, consider including shipping for items that do not specifically state, "Free shipping." This new & unopened WF-4833 is being offered for $159.95 WITH "Free shipping" included!
