Important Listing Details
- Quantity: Price is per individual piece unless explicitly stated otherwise in the item title.
- Included Items: Please refer strictly to the listing title. Photos may show bulk boxes or unrelated background items which are not included.
- Used Parts: Includes only what is explicitly pictured in the photos.
- New Items: Factory-sealed items are kept in their boxes to preserve condition and are not removed for photography.
- Technical Support: Items are sold as surplus/excess inventory. We do not provide technical support or product advice. Please consult the manufacturer's website for specs and compatibility.
Anti-Fraud & Return Policy
- Security Measures: We use tamper-proof security stickers and record all serial numbers (S/N) prior to shipment to prevent fraud.
- Returns: 30-day return policy strictly covering Dead On Arrival (DOA) items.
- Sealed Items: Brand new, sealed items cannot be returned once opened unless the item is DOA.
- Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase cost of the item. The buyer assumes all responsibility for item usage.
Shipping & Invoicing
- Carrier Selection: Shipped via the most economical carrier available (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
- Exclusions: Rates quoted are for the lower 48 states only. Buyers in AK, HI, and PR must email us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
- Labels & PO Numbers: We cannot manually alter shipping labels. To add a PO number, please input it directly into your shipping address field at checkout.
- Third-Party Shipping: To use your own shipping account, you must provide a prepaid shipping label. We cannot manually enter your account number.
- Expedited Shipping: For overnight or rush shipping, you must contact us at 469-867-1135 before placing your order. A Same-Day Rush Fee will apply.
- Delivery Schedule: One-day and two-day shipping options do not include Saturday delivery.
- Invoices: Request a combined invoice before paying. We cannot issue partial refunds or adjustments once payment is submitted.
