• We offer 60 days return window, it means you could return the order freely in 60 days upon receipt for NO REASON and get partial refund(15% restocking fee need to be deducted) . Please note that it requires that item is unused/uninstalled/unmodified, as the same condition as it's delivered, and the return shipping costs can not be covered by seller. Though, we hope every buyer could inspect the part as quick as you can, to confirm if the part is the right one you need and make an early decision. In case the item arrive directly to workshop, please tell merchanic to inspect it clearly before set it up so hurry.

Receive different item from listing/short of accessories or components

Buyer purchased wrong item, like we list a left side part in listing while buyer need acutally right side, still place order carelessly.

• We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred if our pre-paid shipping label is not used.
• Generally, every refund request should have the purchased item returned to us. We strong recommend the return procedure inside ebay, it helps both seller and buyer process return smoothly. In cases buyer can provide photos/pictures as proof, showing the item is dead/malfunctioning, we fully trust our customers and will refund directly without ask for the item back.
• REFUND takes a few days to process, usually next business day after the returned item arrives, please don't worry.
• We do not accept returns if the item(s) has been used/installed, working properly but buyer decided to return, or has been modified for some reason after buyer have received the item(s).
