1. All orders usually will ship within 1 business day after payment.
2. All orders will be shipped out with a tracking number, which will take 4-7 business days for the delivery.
3. We only ship to Paypal confirmed address, please make sure that the address is correct before you check out.
4. You have 30-60 days to to return it from the date it was received. We only accept returns for unused items.
5. All returned items must be in the original packaging and all returned products (Replacements or Refund) need to be assigned an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return.
6. We will refund your full winning bid amount after receiving the returned item, or, you may choose to have a replacement.
