RETURN POLICY

The Item must be returned unopened and undamaged. Products must be in same/NEW condition in it's original packaging. The purchase price will be refunded. Buyer need to e-mail us to obtain an RMA number. Buyer must have a proof of delivery. Charges will apply for all parts missing. Please, allow up to 15 business days for processing refunds. ALL WARRANTY STICKERS MUST BE INTACT. ALL SERIAL NUMBERS HAVE BEEN RECORDED.

We accept PayPal and major Credit Cards. PayPal Immediate Payment is required on all listings - please use the eBay cart for multiple purchases. We will not ship to any alternate addresses. Only that address that is listed in the approved place and confirmed by PayPal. If you have any questions concerning this please ask before you click the buy button. Please do not ask us to ship to an alternate location after payment is made.

Worldwide shipping (please inquire). We do ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, VI, Guam and Puerto Rico(select item, extra charge). We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer Sunday or holiday delivery! We do ship to APO/FPO or Post Office box addresses(select items, please inquire). We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL for orders. We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier. In-stock items can ship from different locations. We ship the order from your nearest stocking warehouse. This means orders may arrive in multiple boxes or at different times.You will be emailed a tracking number within 1-3 business days of payment. E-Checks through PayPal take up to 5-7 business days to clear and your item will not ship until it does!

Returns: The Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt unopened and undamaged(Products must be in same condition in it's original packaging.). The purchase price will be refunded, less shipping charges(deducted from total).
