Installation Guide
- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the ignition is off.
- Depressurize the fuel system by removing the fuel pump fuse and running the engine until it stalls.
- Safely disconnect the battery before proceeding with installation.
- Remove the fuel tank and disconnect the existing fuel pump assembly using the quick connect outlets.
- Install the new fuel pump assembly (FG0823) in reverse order of removal, ensuring that all connections are secure.
- Reconnect the battery and fuel pump fuse, and check for leaks and proper operation before finalizing the installation.
Important Notes
- This fuel pump assembly is designed for gasoline fuel types only.
- California residents should be aware of the Prop.65 warning associated with this product.
