LIKE NEW or MINT:

• MINT discs have no scratches, writing, or marks. This does not cover conditions of manuals or cases. If you are a collector disc based games/movies in this condition are what you want. Contact us for info on specific titles.

VERY GOOD:

• Very Good discs may have a few scratches but are in great condition. This does not cover conditions of manuals or cases.

GOOD: (just ok)

• GOOD discs have lots of scratches and may have writing or stickers on them. This is our lowest category for discs.

ACCEPTABLE: (disc only / poor)

• ACCEPTABLE condition for disc based games/ movies is used for DISC ONLY items. No cover art or manuals are included. The disc may have scratches.

• ACCEPTABLE game cartridges won't look nice but still work. They will have writing, serious damage to stickers, and/or the plastic of the cartridge may have cracks or chips. Buy items in this condition if you just want to play the game but don't care what it looks like.

PLEASE NOTE (IMPORTANT):

• Games may be "best of" or "greatest hits" versions.

• Games may not include instruction manuals.

• Game cases/manuals/cover art may have scratches, cracks or wear (ALL CONDITIONS)

• DLC (downloadable content) or digital copies (movies) is never included for opened items unless specifically stated in the listing.

• Games do not include peripherals or controller attachments unless specifically stated in the listing.

• Cardboard sleeves and maps are never included unless specifically stated in the listing.

• Cartridges never include manuals or boxes unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.

• All video game software and hardware are NTSC North America format unless specifically stated in the listing. All PS3/PSP games are region free and will work in any system. Some NTSC 360 titles will work in other regions--Search online for compatibility.

We ship items every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday via Canada Post.

These days may be subject to change due to holidays, blizzards, floods, etc.

ALL DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER OR OTHER ISSUES WITH CANADA POST.

RETURNS:

• If after receiving your item you are unhappy with it ----> please contact us! If there is a problem with your item we are happy to do exchanges or returns within 7 days of the time you received it. BRAND NEW OR SEALED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED IF OPENED.
