Shipping Costs Shipping costs displayed at checkout are system-generated estimates based on package weight, dimensions, and carrier rates. Actual costs may vary due to carrier surcharges outside our control. We will contact you if actual shipping significantly exceeds the estimated amount prior to shipment.
Product Images All product images are manufacturer-supplied catalog or stock photos. As a dealer operating over 37,000 OEM part listings, images may show a part in context, alongside related components, or as part of a larger assembly. Photos are not always indicative of the exact quantity, kit contents, or application for the specific part listed.
All items are sold as a single unit (1x) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing title or description. If a photo appears to show multiple pieces, a kit, or a set, please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm quantity. We are happy to help!
VIN Verification Some parts are vehicle-specific and may require your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to ensure correct fitment. If we determine that your order requires VIN verification, we will reach out to you promptly. Providing your VIN helps protect both parties and ensures you receive the correct part for your vehicle.
If we do not receive a VIN response within 24 hours of our request, we will proceed with shipping the part as ordered. At that point, our standard return policy applies, and return shipping responsibility will fall to the buyer.
By not providing a VIN when requested, the buyer accepts responsibility for fitment verification.

Shipping Terms
- In-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
- If a part must be ordered from the manufacturer, most orders arrive and ship within 2–3 business days. Some parts may take 5–6 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, carrier surcharges — including those for oversized items, dimensional weight, and remote destinations — may affect actual shipping costs. In the event of a significant discrepancy, we will contact you prior to shipment.
- Ground shipments typically deliver within 2–7 business days depending on location. Transit times cannot be guaranteed.
- Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- Carrier substitutions may be made at our discretion to reduce shipping costs to the customer.
Return Policy
- Contact us to arrange any return before sending items back.
- A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns.
- Parts must be uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging.
- We cannot accept used, installed, or attempted-to-install parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Oversized or freight-shipped items are subject to return freight costs at the buyer's expense.
- We reserve the right to refuse and return any item that does not meet the above criteria.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
- If a return is the result of our error — wrong part shipped, damaged packaging, or similar — we will cover return shipping in full.
- If a return is due to customer error — incorrect part ordered, fitment not verified, or VIN not provided when requested — the customer is responsible for return shipping. We can generate a return label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may ship using a carrier of your choice. Either way, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
- If a VIN was requested and not provided within 24 hours, shipment of the ordered part constitutes customer acceptance of fitment responsibility. Returns under these circumstances follow the customer-error policy above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are considered final upon placement. Due to our fulfillment process, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been submitted.
If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, we will contact you promptly to discuss options.
