Troubleshooting Connection
- Keep your PC on, and be sure the keyboard is full of power.:)
- Press the “F1” of Rii keyboard without releasing.
- Power on the keyboard and release the "F1" immediately.
- Now the yellow light should flash very quick. If it doesn’t , pls repeat step2 & step3 .
- Plug the USB receiver on the USB port of your PC.
- Now the yellow should flash slowly and regularly.
- Wait a moment. The keyboard will repair automatically.
- When the yellow light stop flashing, it means repair successfully.
Shipment
- Shipping times for Domestic packages:
- 1-5 days via USPS First Class Mail
- 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail
- 1-2 days via USPS Express Mail
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer will be responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- Please give us one business day to ship out your item. Delivery time to worldwide normally takes 10-21 business days but is not guaranteed.

Return Policy

- Returned unit must be undamaged and with its original packaging and contents in order to receive a full refund.

- If any retail box, accessories, or components are missing or the item is damaged, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
