shipping is via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please allow 5-8 business days for
to receive your package.
Average delivery time is 3-5 business days. Shipping details will be

depending on the availability and demand of the item.
Return Policy:
Please report any errors within
24hrs of receiving product.
Shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable, no exceptions
Refund or replacement request is
available. The only requests accepted are the requests within 2 weeks after
receiving the parcel. All returned product MUST be approved prior to return,
otherwise product may not be accepted at the warehouse
ALL Returns must be delivered Pre-paid to our Canadian warehouse. The items must be returned in the same
condition as received.
If you are not satisfied with
our product, return it pre-paid and un-used in the original packaging and we
will credit your entire purchase, except shipping.
No returns on used items will be
accepted unless the item does not function for its intended purpose. Proof must
be provided by the customer before a replacement or refund is issued
$25 chargewill apply on returned items to cover Free Shipping
Please be aware there is NO
warranty IF converter substrate is melted OR broken, this is the result of a
problem with the vehicle, not the converter.
