This code currently includes the following APIs:
- Baseline JPG encoding in C, jpg.c
- Reading GIF87a and GIF89a and animated GIFs in HTML5, gif.html
- Simple 24-bit BMP reader (for loading images from disk)
Currently, only the C code is ready for direct implementation
in formal native program projects, and we have ensured that it does not
contain errors for creating files of a given format, in addition to
making it run at the maximum possible CPU processing speed
for maximum quality.
This code currently covers explaining the following books, which only contain technical explanations and source code for the official specifications, and are not ready for immediate reuse in final projects for experimenting with these formats:
- Includes CD/floppy disk of the book
- Digital scan of the entire book
- Extra source code for immediate implementation of the topics
