What is your refund/return policy?
All sales are final. If you receive something defective/damaged/incorrect, please contact me so we can work to make things right. I am unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges whatsoever
If a package is returned due to user error (incorrect address, undeliverable) I will not be able to recover it without paying a $5 fee. If you are willing to pay the fee I am willing to reship the item at your cost -
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I use Ebays calculated rates for shipping, but I can ship for less than what Ebay offers. If you live outside of the US please message me and I can get you a better rate!
Please note that while eBay automatically calculates and charges for USPS, your order will be shipped via Canada Post instead due to current tariff restrictions and delays with USPS
Shipping to Canada is $5-$12
International shipping varies by country (generally around $15-$25)

I am located in Canada, but I use a service that brings packages over the border into the USA so that they are able to be shipped via USPS at a cheaper and faster rate. Please note that due to the border crossing, there may be delays before your package is scanned by USPS
You will not be charged any taxes or tariffs upon arrival, not to worry! These will be prepaid by me. If there are any issues with delivery please contact me ASAP
