What can you do if your item hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date?

📝NB,Please be patient before you open an “item not received” request. There are likely to be delays at the moment with Royal Mail. Please message your seller if you have any queries.

If you have chosen to click and collect, you will receive a text or email to tell you when your parcel is ready to be collected in store.

🤐All items with zips are tested to ensure they are working,prior to listing. Therefore I will not be able to accept returns if there is a subsequent issue. ( apologies I have to state this, but I recently had a return where there buyer cited an issue, and I found there was no problem at all)🤐 I also check all fastenings on underwear, as these items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

I mainly use Royal Mail for posting, parcel force for larger items.

I always obtain proof of postage and USUALLY dispatch within 1-3 working days of cleared payment.

When an item is LOST or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until at least 10 days after expected delivery date. ( 20 days for International post) PLEASE ALLOW THIS TIME TO ELAPSE BEFORE TAKING ACTION. Royal mail may require personal details & a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
