KL10 Indicator Cable Set for DEC / Digital Equipment Corp possibly used on PDP-15 system
Early
DEC computers often included indicator light panels to show the state
of various CPU components and peripheral controllers.
Many of these had cable assemblies with signal driver / buffering circuitry built in.
These cables are labeled KL10 Indicator Board. I very much doubt I actually scrapped a KL10 (DECSystem 10 CPU), so they were probably used on some peripheral indicator board on the PDP-15 system I had to scrap many years ago. I tried to determine what peripheral it might have been but was unable to identify it.
This set consists of the following cables:
3 Ea of PN: 708405-3F (42" cable)
2 Ea of PN: 708405-04 (48" cable)
1 Ea of PN: 708405-4F (54" cable)
2 Ea of PN: 708405-05 (60" cable)
Each
cable consists of two lengths of 19 conductor Mylar ribbon cable
terminated with both an M947C and an M9948B Indicator Cable Connector card.
