Returns, Replacements & Refunds
· 30-Day Manufacturer's Warranty - All items come with 30-day manufacturer's warranty that covers defects prior to use and are eligible for refund or replacement.
· Shipping and Handling Warranty - All items are warrantied against damages sustained from shipping and handling.
· Replacement Warranty - All items are warrantied for replacement or replacement parts if item received is not as advertised, is missing a part, or is partly damaged.
· 30-Day Return Policy - All items must be returned in original condition: unused, complete, undamaged, and in original retail packaging where applicable.
· Proof of Delivery - Keep original item, shipping packaging, and shipping label. You may be requested to furnish records.
· Return Shipping - Buyer is responsible for return shipping in all cases not covered under warranties. Buyer is responsible for shipping items with sufficient packaging to prevent shipping and handling damages.
· Inspection - Returned items will be inspected upon return.
· Restocking Fee - Unless product is damaged, defective, or incomplete right-out-of-box, buyer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee.
· Fast processing - We process returns and exchanges within 2 business days of receipt of items so you can quickly get your replacement item or money back.
· Undelivered Mail - If your package is returned to us due to insufficient address, buyer may request reshipment or refund.
