Item needs to plug replaced. It does work. If you jam the two cords into an electrical socket it turns on just fine, but I would suggest you putting a new plug on the end of it. It's dusty and dirty and it's been sitting a while. The plug broke a long time ago and it's just been sitting around the shop waiting to be fixed and we're just never going to get around to it. So I figured I'd just throw it up on eBay and see if anybody else wants to deal with it. I absolutely accept refunds no problem
