L298N Motor Driver Board Module for Robots and Cars Dual H-Bridge Stepper7095
This module uses L298N as the main driver chip, which has the characteristics of strong driving ability, low heat generation and strong anti-interference ability.
The chip adopts 15-pin package. The main features are: high working voltage, up to 46V; large output current, instantaneous current up to 3A, continuous working current of 2A; rated power 25W.
It contains two H-bridge high-voltage and high-current full-bridge drivers, which can be used to drive DC motors and stepper motors, relay coils and other inductive loads, and uses standard logic level signal control; it has two enable control terminals, which allow or prohibit the device from working without being affected by the input signal.
There is a logic power input terminal, which makes the internal logic circuit part work at low voltage; it can be connected to an external detection resistor to feed back the change to the control circuit.
The chip can drive a two-phase stepper motor or a four-phase stepper motor, or two DC motors. The module can use the built-in 78M05 to take power from power supply part, but in order to avoid damage to the voltage regulator chip, when using a drive voltage 12V, please use an external 5V logic power supply. The module uses large-capacity filter capacitors and freewheeling protection diodes to improve reliability.
