1) any damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving it.
2) if an item is disassembled or striped then the return will be rejected and a report made to ebay.
3) we refund upon the receipt of the returned item.
4) returns are not accepted outside of the warranty period.
5) its your responsibility to make sure you have purchased the correct item. pictures and part numbers are provided for your reference
6) where there is an issue with an item its best to call us as soon as possible So we can deal swiftly with the matter, therefore we will require a phone call to authorise a return. if your unable to call, for example you have no credit on your phone, you may send us a message on ebay, with your contact number
7) Any bolt on ancillary is not covered by our warranty.
8) mileages provided are clearly not warrantied. where possible its the buyers responsibility to ensure that mileage for parts are accurate.
9) our warranty covers the cost of the part, and no other costs incurred. example, labour is not covered. cost of hire car is not covered. cost or replacement part is not covered. where possible we recommend you purchase additional warranty for your piece of mind.
10) items must be returned complete, if any parts are missing, then the return will be rejected and reported to ebay.
11) items that have been tampered with will not be returnable. and example would be if a buyer purchases a rear light, and removes the bulbs and send the rear light back, then the return will be refused.
