We currently hold a full environmental standard permit for the treatment of end-of-life vehicles, a full waste carriers license and are a registered VAT company. It is against the law to carry out our business practices without an environmental permit and we recommend that you do not purchase from anyone who does not have a valid environmental license number to not only protect the environment but to protect the hard work we have put in to our company.

If the item is not as described, damaged or faulty please contact us at your earliest convenience and in most cases, a full refund will be issued. However if a replacement is possible, this will be sent out with urgency.

You have the right to cancel an online order for up to 30 days from the day of reception of your goods.

You are required to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your order within this time period.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage when the goods are of satisfactory quality upon receipt.

Our goods are covered by the following warranty unless otherwise specified:

Mechanical target parts, electrical parts or batteries and high voltage - 3 months.

Non mechanical and non electrical - 12 months.

Items listed as (for example) "SPARES / REPAIR" or "UNTESTED" are exempt from warranty.

All parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic at an established garage, of which evidence of this may be requested in a returns case. Any part fitted by private individuals unfortunately will not be covered by our warranty.

We do not guarantee any ancillaries or bolt on engine parts such as, but not limited to: water pumps, oil pumps, timing belts/chains, gaskets, oil filters and fuel filters.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for any expense incurred in the installation and/or removal of non-functional goods. We assume no responsibility for damaged caused by the use of our goods.

Warranty terminates when the goods have been disassembled or the goods are damaged as a result of overheating or lack of lubrication.

We keep photos on file of all of our parts to ensure validity during returns cases and any deviations from these photos will result in a exemption of warranty.

UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO COMPENSATE ANY FITTING COSTS, OR ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES ASSOCIATED IN ANY PRODUCTS SOLD. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
