A: Item is sent from the European Union and there will be no additional customs fees for orders inside the EU. If the item is shipped to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Thailand or any other country outside the EU, the item will be shipped with customs declaration attached and full value declared. It is the buyer's responsibility to clear the parcel through the customs.

The buyer has the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the item. Item must be returned in the original condition as it was shipped from us. Returns due to our fault (part is not working or not as described) will receive a full refund and the return shipping costs will be covered by us.

If the item purchased does not fit your car or you change your mind then it will be your responsibility to arrange shipping to our address and return our item in the original condition for a full refund.
