In case product become faulty during the period of the warranty for reasons incoherent to your acts, omissions or misuse of the goods, you must promptly notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including the description of the fault) and return the products to us. After reviewing and testing the goods we will decide whether to provide a replacement product of the same or superior quality and the same specifications without charge or not to provide a replacement. We shall have no further liability to you after this decision. After the expiry of the warranty, we shall charge the standard list price in case goods become faulty and you request a replacement.

10. If you do not comply with the procedures and regulations related to the warranty stated in these terms and conditions and the contract between you and us, we will have no liability concerning any claim.

11. The above warranty is given by us without having any liability for any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the goods, incorrect fitting of the goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the goods by you and/or a third party without our approval.

12. All items will be sent to the address given on the order details – Please ensure somebody at the address is available to receive the parcel we send you as the item may end up being returned to us and you will incur a cost for this. Similarly, if the item is refused or if the address provided is incorrect then we will have to charge you for this. Note: The first line of the address must include both the door number and the street name. As we send parcels using a courier, the address has to be exact otherwise we’ll have to charge and you will incur a cost to rectify this.

13. Any items that have been returned must be in its original condition within the 30 day return policy, and in the original packaging. If the item is used, we are unable to accept the goods back. Please note if you close an open return case, we will not have the option to refund so anything sent to us will have to be sent back at your cost.

14. The right to make a claim on the guarantee is not transferable.

15. Please note, we are not held responsible for any lost items that have been dispatched with a non-tracked service, (including items lost Outside the UK). Many items can get lost with Royal Mail so please be aware of this before using their service, because we can’t send out a replacement unless you purchase the item again. We encourage all buyers to select a tracked service on checkout as we find these to be the most reliable methods. If the item you wish to purchase doesn’t have a tracked service, then please contact us before purchasing so we can make this service available.

16. All items purchased are sent out with a 3rd party courier so we are not responsible for any problems that may have occurred, such as loss or damage. In the rare event that your item has been delayed by the courier for whatever reason and/or not within the timescale estimated by eBay, we can’t be held responsible for this delay as it is 100% out of our control, and/or any costs that you have incurred as a result. If your item hasn’t arrived on time then please call us so we can try to locate the whereabouts of your item.

17. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim. We will not arrange collection or pay postage costs for the product to be sent back to us.

18. Any orders placed will be dispatched to the address provided straight away, so if you wish to cancel your order or change the address then you have to call us and let us know as soon as possible. If you send a message via eBay then we can’t guarantee that your request will reach us in time as we get lots of messages to get through and may only get to your message after the goods have been dispatched. All eBay messages get picked up from our Customer Service Department who are not involved directly with orders being dispatched, so you have to call us. Please note, same day dispatch is 1PM on weekdays so the item you may want to cancel could have already left us. If we are just told via eBay messages, we may not see it in time and cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred.

Warranty is Eligibility: To be eligible for warranty coverage, the car part must be fitted by a certified professional mechanic. Proof of fitment, including the mechanic's certification, must be submitted to us within 30 days of the part's purchase date.

Professional Installation: The car part must be installed by a professional mechanic in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. Installation by an uncertified individual may void the warranty.

Proof of Fitment: Customers must provide proof of fitment, which includes a detailed invoice from the certified mechanic specifying the installation date, the mechanic's credentials, and any other relevant details.

Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, customers must contact us immediately. The warranty claim must include the original proof of purchase, proof of fitment, and a detailed description/ report of the issue.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or any modifications not approved by us. Normal wear and tear are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty Process: Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part. If the part is no longer available, we may provide an equivalent replacement or a credit. No refunds can be made on any warranty claim.

Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the car part.

Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the warranted part.

Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996. By purchasing the car part from us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these warranty terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
