Loose Tenon Router Jig — Adjustable Mortising Jig for 65/69mm Compact Routers | PETG-GF | Linear Rails
────────────────────────
WHAT IS IT?
────────────────────────
A fully adjustable loose tenon mortising jig designed to work with compact trim routers. Just plunge, move side to side, and you have a perfectly centred mortise every time — repeatable results with no router table needed.
Built from glass-filled PETG (PETG-GF) for rigidity and printed to tight tolerances, with metal fasteners and hardware throughout — no flimsy plastic screws anywhere.

MATERIAL & BUILD QUALITY
────────────────────────
Printed in PETG-GF (glass-fibre reinforced PETG) — significantly stiffer and more heat-resistant than standard PETG or PLA. This is a workshop tool, not a trinket.
────────────────────────
HOW IT WORKS
────────────────────────
Alighn the jig with marks or edge of the workpiece, set your depth and width, then plunge and move the router side to side to cut the mortise. Repeat on the mating piece for a perfectly matched loose tenon joint. No router table needed — works freehand on the workpiece.
