We do not guarantee battery health. Assume most batteries will need to be replaced since they are used.

NO DROP SHIPPERS: We do not support drop shipping. If you are a drop shipper and initiate a return, you will be permanently blocked and reported to eBay.
NO FREIGHT FORWARDING REFUNDS: Using a 3rd-party forwarder puts 100% of the risk on you. ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the item reaches the forwarding hub. No partial refunds.
NO INT'L BATTERIES: We will NOT ship laptop batteries by air. For international orders, batteries will be removed prior to shipping. No partial refunds will be issued for their removal.

BASIC TESTING: Main components power on and appear functional. Secondary features (USB ports, speakers, etc.) are NOT guaranteed.
COMPREHENSIVE TESTING: Thoroughly checked, but these are still USED items. Expect minor cosmetic flaws or secondary quirks.

RETURNS ON "FREE SHIPPING" ITEMS: If you return an item that had free shipping, the actual cost of original shipping PLUS a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
