Handling Time
Most items ship within 24 hours. However, some items may have an extended handling time. Please be sure to check the handling time shown on the Shipping and Payments tab. We offer free economy shipping for all domestic shipments, which takes 2-14 days for delivery depending on buyer's location. If you need an item within a specific time-frame, we offer a variety of upgraded shipping options and we encourage you to select the best shipping option to meet your needs.

Hours of Operation
Orders are processed by our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends and major US holidays will be processed the next business day. Tracking will be uploaded to eBay as soon as the order has shipped. Tracking can be viewed on the Order Details page of the listing or on your My eBay purchase history.

PO Boxes
Some items are excluded from shipment to a PO Box. This includes orders with expedited shipping and orders with eBay Guaranteed Delivery. If you require shipping to a PO Box, please select the free shipping option during checkout, or send us a message for shipping rates to a PO Box.

International Orders
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to additional duties, tariffs, value added tax (VAT), brokerage fees, etc. These import fees are responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges at checkout, unless noted during the checkout process. Import fees are typically collected by the delivering shipping carrier or when you pick the item up. Please contact your country's local customs office for more information. We will not respond to requests to falsify customs documents.
