Overall looks to be in good used cosmetic condition. There are some signs of use, dirt or dust from use or storage, but no major issues on the parts/pieces.
Appears to be mostly complete. But only includes what you see in pictures. I do not know how to use the system, so it is being sold as-is in untested condition. This is an older electronic tool (originally purchased in 2012 for $1,500) so may not still function as intended.
The #3774-34 DB25 to OBDII adapter does look to have a repair and tape on the cable. The battery compartment does show some signs of oxidation and battery leakage. As shown in the pictures, the cover to the case is no longer attached as the hinge is broken. Otherwise, I did not notice any visual performance issues to note.
