Founded in 1994 in Tokyo, Japan, ISICAR.COM focuses on exporting engineering products from Japan such as vehicles, machinery and spare parts. We also provide IT services to our customers including the creation of online auction sites for PC and mobile use. This allows our customers to sell and distribute Made-in-Japan products as if they were based in Japan.
Our warehouse, where heavy cargo is being loadedinto containers and crates, prepared to be exported from Japan, has ISO9001 accreditation. We have a passion for motor vehicles and people using them!
Our company staff is internationally oriented and comes from a variety of nationalities. We speak English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Indonesian.
An account manager is assigned to each customer to assist with his/her specific requests and avoid any language barriers!

Payment

For eBay items, PayPal is the only method of payment. In addition, we ship to the PayPal confirmed address. In special cases we accept bank transfers. Please contact us for details.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 5 business days after your PayPal payment is cleared. eBay items are shipped by the Japan Post EMS service. It is the fastest and most reasonably priced method. However, in countries where there is no EMS service available, we ship via the Japan Post airmail service which is also tractable.

Returns

We accept returns. The return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We will only pay for the return postage if the wrong item was sent to you. Items to be returned must be in the original package, and not damaged in any way. Items can be returned within 2 weeks after you have received them. If you wish to return an item, please contact us before you ship it.

Q1: I have received an eBay shipping notification for the item I bought. How do I track the item?

A: eBay will send you an automated email containing a tracking number. Please copy and paste this number to your country's postal service website. Follow it up. If you are unable to locate it, contact us. *DON'T FORGET: If you didn't receive an email from eBay, check your junk mail folder!

*WHY FOLLOWING UP IS IMPORTANT: If you are absent when the postal service in your country makes a delivery attempt, they will leave a notice in your mail box. Your package will be retained until it is claimed. After 3 weeks of retention it is usually shipped back to our office in Tokyo.

Q2: I got a letter from the national post office service, asking me to pay extra shipping costs and charges. How can this be?

A: These costs are not included in the item or shipping costs that you have already paid us. These are the import duty and VAT levied by your own government. See your "Seller's Payment Instructions" section on each of the item listing pages.

Q3: I am interested in JDM parts that are not shown on your store. Are you able to assist?

A: Yes! OF COURSE! If you know the part number of the part you want, sent it to us for a quote. If you do not know the part number, send us the full chassis number of your vehicle, a list of spare parts you need and pics of the part as fitted on the vehicle. Please send this info to our email address.

Q4: I am interested in large sized auto parts such as engines, half cuts and body panels. Can you assist?

A: Yes. We can! Please contact us via the eBay system and we can discuss.

Q5: I live in Africa and I need JDM parts urgently. Can you assist?

A: Yes. We ship to Africa. Some African countries are not serviced by EMS, only by regular airmail. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us.
