Microphone Module ICS 43434 Microphone Module Splitter Microphone Module E9A3
Listen to the - we now have a super small breakthrough board ICS43434 I2MEMS microphone. Just like "classic" microphones, MEMS MIC can detect sound and convert it into voltage, but they are smaller and thinner. This microphone isn't even analog, it's purely digital. The I2S is a small, low-cost MEMS MIC with a range of about 50Hz-15kHz, suitable for all audio recording/detection. The chip has a built-in low-pass filter that cuts the frequency above 24kHz.
For many microcontrollers, adding audio input is easy with one of our analog microphone breakthroughs. But as you get to bigger and better microcontrollers and microcomputers, you'll find that you don't always have analog inputs, or maybe you want to avoid the noise that seeps in with analog microphone systems. Once past the 8-bit micros, you'll usually find that I2 can take the peripheral digital audio data in! That's where the I2S microphone breaks through the featured ICS43434 in.
Instead of the analog output, there are three digital pins: clock, Data, and Left/Right (Word Select) clock. When connected to a microcontroller/computer, the "I2S controller" drive the clock and word select pins at high frequencies and read data from the microphone. No analog conversion required!
