This is a complete set of high quality silicone bronze manganese valve guides (16 pieces) for the Mini Cooper and Cooper "S" R50, R53, R52 base model or Supercharged version. These are specially for the W10 and W11 engines. The Silicone bronze material has far superior wear characteristics over the factory sintered valve guides. These guides are standard outside diameter and standard inside diameter. These are the same performance valve guides we use for our in house engine building program. These valve guides exceed Mini Cooper factory specs in all aspects. If you are doing a simple valve job, or building a performance head these are the valve guides you will want to install. Set includes set of 16 guides.
Please note: Guides should be installed by a competent machine shop. These need to be press fit, to factory specifications, and head should be heated for expansion.
